WORK SUMMARY

Over 9 years' of teaching experience of Materials Chemistry and 8 years of Nanotechnology

research profession and have a strong background in wet chemical synthesis of nanomaterials,

excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Currently, I am serving as

Director and Founder of EVA Enterprises which is established in 2019 April. Our small scale

manufacturing unit for Building chemicals had successfully developed unique graphene based

product for waterproofing, fixsol, SBR latex, crack fillers etc. I served as an Academic Director &

Principal, S. S. Tegnoor Degree College, Kalaburgi and Visiting Guest faculty in Department of

Materials Science, Gulbarga University, Gulbarga, India. I served as an Assist Professor in

Industrial Chemistry department, Addis Ababa Science & Technology University (AASTU),

Ethiopia, Assistant Professor in Engineering Chemistry in K.B.N. College of Engineering and

coordinator for B.E graduate internal examination. Also I served as a divisional region squad

member in Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) for 2014-2015. I have completed my Ph.D.

degree in Materials Science on the topic Synthesis, characterization and gas sensing studies using

conducting polymer ceramic nanocomposites under the guidance of Dr. M.V.N. Ambika Prasad

and a Master Degree from same Department. In my doctoral research, I have developed new

methods for the preparation of functional nanomaterials, structural nanomaterials, nanocomposites

and tested against LPG, various test gases like Benzene, Cyclohaxane, Toluene etc. and humidity in

which both response and reproducibility are explicitly satisfied. Later, I joined postdoctoral

research under the guidance of Prof. Praveen C Ramamurthy at the Indian Institute of Science,

Bangalore. I was working on major topics i) Synthesis of conducting polymer for malonaldehyde

sensing, ii) Fabrication of nanocomposites for packing application, iii) Fabrication and

characterization of diodes using CPs, iv) Transport property of Nanocomposites. I have been

fortunate to expose with the higher end research instruments and had hands on experience in

various analytical techniques like Scanning Electron Microscope, Atomic Force Microscopy,

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), DSC/ TGA instruments, Fourier Transmission Infrared

Spectroscopy, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, Cyclovoltametry, Hokki Source meter etc which will be helpful

to carry out the research work. In my credit, I have published 62 papers, 1 patent and 20 conferences

proceeding of about 1300+ citation indexes with h-index 20 and i-index 40. I am also serving as an

editorial member and reviewer for many reputed International and National journals. I am one of

the members of the Technical Program Committee in the Global Conference on Polymer and

Composite Materials (PCM) from 2015 - 2018.
