TENNESSEE ARMY NATIONAL GUARD/ACTIVE DUTY ARMY CAPTAIN (Oct. 2018 – Sept. 2020, 40+ hrs worked weekly (M-F)
Oversee the long-range planning calendar of the US Army Europe Headquarters Battalion comprised of 850 individuals. Collaborate with the General’s staff to plan the logistical support of 600 individuals supporting international military exercises. Supervise seven non-commissioned officers. Brief Army leaders, including General Officers and their Senior Civilian counterparts.
Ensured the headquarters maintained strategic readiness as outlined by the Department of the Army.
Served as the Emergency Operations Manager for Headquarters and Headquarter Battalion U.S. Army Europe during the COVID-19 pandemic in Wiesbaden Germany.
Assisted with logistical planning for two Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises, deploying Soldiers from Germany to the Middle East.
Attended Initial Planning Conferences through Final Planning Conferences regarding the deployment, training, and redeployment of Soldiers to the European theater of operations.

Orchestrated overseas training in Poland for the Tennessee National Guard unit. Coordinated life support for 40 Soldiers, including arranging for 28-days of supplies, including food, lodging, and transportation from the US to Poland and back.
Served as Officer in Charge of Redeployment operations of U.S. Army Soldiers from Poland to the United States.
Enabled 427 Army vehicles to clear US Customs Clearance standards and get loaded on a return ship to the US through proper agricultural cleaning.
