An experienced, motivated & hard worker; gained experience in horticulture/ arboriculture technics & services both in organic & inorganic form & expertise in nursery management from last 10 years. Once a hobby later became profession in horticulture development, landscaping, nursery management, & team management based at the office and field. Proficient in leading dedicated team for running successful horticulture, developing procedure and service standards for horticultural excellence. In house development of machine for cococpeat, neem oil, neem cake for in-house requirement..

Developed nursery from scratch.

Developed in house facility for neem oil & neem cake & Cocopeat production.

2000 bogunvelia cutting prepared in this season with 85% success rate.

200 Hibiscus cutting prepared 90% success rate.

Neem, Champa, Arjun, Seasam & other sapling developed.
