resources policies on performance management within the management area and give feedback on
performances
•Management and compilation of gross list of those officials who does and does not qualify for
performance bonuses within the management area
•Management of payrolls of the members within the
management area to see whether they receive their
correct salaries within the correct time
• Compilation of monthly training statistics
• Assistance with recruiting, induction and placing of newly appointed members
•Preparation of submission for pay progression
and performance bonuses, service benefits
• Management of inventory and verification of assets
•Report writing, check compliance based on monthly reports and quarterly reports
• Management of grievances
• Management of suspensions
•Recording of minutes during disciplinary hearing as well as capturing of sanctions on the PERSAL
system
• Facilitation and planning of training courses
