Since I finished my attachment period, I have been posted in several small hotels as a waiter and chef this has played a huge role in gaining and perfecting my waiting and cooking skills. Self employement has also boosted me on my interpersonal skills and also the upselling role of a cook. I was recognized as the trainee of the year due to my devoted effort and hard work with the drive to serve a customer.
