GNRFET AND CNTFET BASED DESIGN OF 1 BIT ARTHIMATIC LOGIC UNIT A ternary Arithmetic Logic Unit is a combination multi valued electronic circuit which performs arithmetic and logic operations on integer ternary numbers. A design of three valued ALU is necessary to improve performance in terms of power and delay.

GNRFET BASED DESIGN OF THREE VALUED LOGIC GATES AND ARITHMETIC CIRCUITS A design of three valued logic gates is necessary to improve performance in terms of power and delay. The digital circuit design is generally done for two logic levels in binary format, however by considering another logic level, the gates can be designed for Multiple Valued Logic

(MVL).

This project is simple demonstration of automatic watering of plants based on the resistance of the soil. The 555 timer triggered based on the conduction of the probes which will switches on or off the motor automatically.

MOTOR DIRECTION CONTROL USING RF SIGNALS

This project is a demonstration of controlling the dirction of the motor using rf signals of frequency 433 Mhz. In this we will control the motor within a range of 30 to 40 meters ACHIEVEMENTS & AWARDS
