TITLE: Design of Sulphur melter

I did my final year project in Ultramarine and Pigment Limited (UPL). This project is about designing Sulphur melter, which is used in manufacturing LABSA (Linear alkyl benzene sulphonic acid) formed by reacting SO3 with Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB). For the production of SO3 sulphur melter is used. The calculations and design were made for the Sulphur melter to produce 1 ton/hr of LABSA.
