CORE RESPONSIBILITIES IN QC:

Responsibility for test on Raw Materials, Packing Materials and in House Products Raw Materials as Resin, Additive, Pigments and Solvents and Powder Coating Raw Materials etc.

Addressing customer complaints by using problem solving techniques like 7 QC tools and TOPS8D.

Conducting Gap analysis of Quality Management System for every 3 months.

Responsibility as customer requirements. Preparation of SOP for all Testing Equipment’s and thereby ensuring the quality and safe work practices during the inspection.

Supporting the standardization department through Design Review

Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continual improvement in process capabilities.

Interacting with planning, Supply chain and Marketing for timely supply of material to customers likes

Ensure compliance of various quality measures like ISO 9001, ISO 14000, TS 16949, QRI, 5S & Safe

CORE ACTIVITIES IN QC:

Conducting long-term tests as per the agreed frequency with the customer and submission of long-term test report.

Reassessment of finished products and intermediates in plant and customer end.

Handling of analytical instruments like Brookfield Viscometer, Gardner Tube Water Bath Viscometer, Hake Viscometer, Minolta color computer, Gas chromatography, Mars Mill, Basting Machine Ku Viscometer, Artificial weathering QUV and WOM chamber, Salt Spray Test,Karl Fisher Moisture content Instrument, Hegemon gauge, Melting Point Instrument etc.

Involving in daily communication meeting on behalf of Quality Control department, along with other departments like Production, Tinting, Standardization & Local Planning team.

Verification and approval of test methods and specifications in OPTIVA.
