●Executing the effective Preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance schedules of the various electrical facilities as well as various equipment to ensure minimum breakdown and maximum availability of plant and machinery uptime and equipment reliability.

●Collaborating with area supervisors to meet Preventive Maintenance schedule requirements without disturbing operations.

●Involving in Spares inventory management to maintain Min-Max stock levels, ordering them from suitable vendors and following with their purchasing cycle by using SAP

●With the assistance of Manager to Preparing and Maintaining the IMS Documents of Electrical Maintenance like SOPs, Formats, Function Manual with compliance to ISO requirements and implementing the Audit recommendations.

●Preparing the Risk & Opportunities, Hazard Identification and Risk (HIRA) Assessment & Environmental Impact Documents for Routine and non-routine work activities with Compliance to HSEQ and Implementing the Recommendations.

●Effective Maintenance of 33KV/433V Sub-Station, LT Panels, MCC Panels, Lighting Panels and other electrical installations of the plant like Earth pits, Manual call Points etc.,

●Collaborating with AMC service person to carry out the maintenance of transmission and distribution equipment like Power Transformer, Current Transformer (CT), Potential Transformer (PT), lightning Arrester (LA), Circuit Breaker (ACB, VCB).

●Sound knowledge about control wiring and Relays like over current, earth fault, REF, Trip circuit supervision, Master trip, etc.

●Thermography to the Electrical Equipment Thermal Imager to Identify the Abnormalities in the Electrical System and Further Necessary action on abnormalities.

●Operation and maintenance of emergency Diesel Generators (1010 KVA, 1500 KVA) and implementing the A, B, C checks as per Maintenance schedule.
