Reduced operation cost. Reduced the consumption of industrial fuel from 6,000 L/day to 1,000L/month and replaced it with recycled fuel where there is additional revenue. Therefore the operation cost for fuel is only at 0.64% of our original fuel plus profit from the revenue generated from recycled fuel.

Optimized the machine feeding operations ratio by reducing the input materials by 10% but increased the profitability by 28% based on the costing of the material from our customers.

Improved the manpower’s work flow, reduced workload, and saved manhours by proposing and commissioning automation of some parts of the routine jobs. Reduced required manhours by 22% for our operation.

Supervised, and lead the whole night shift clean-up operation of the water pollution incident in a river due to illegal chemical dumping that released toxic fumes that affected around 6,000 people near the vicinity and hospitalized around 2,700 where the majority of the affected are children.
