I worked in multiple environments and gained a lot of experience from many great employees. Teamwork and communication are two main skills I've learned from my first job in highschool and then working for a non-profit organization that deals with sustainability. Other industries through Distribution centers, plants, and warehouses helped me to grow by learning the foundation of growth within companies. Having mentoring opportunities with multiple management leaders in these companies helped me to build my true self by wanting to help others. As I’m entering into my last year of college, I plan on using my skills that I learned in school and working full time to help apply it to an organization like yours. After I receive my Bachelor’s degree, I will further expand my education to start at LSU in their online graduate program to work towards an MBA in Project Management and a second MBA in Finance starting fall of next year. Different struggles in life helped inspire me to be career driven and to always keep looking forward. With my business background, prior skills, and the tools I have gathered, I believe I can thrive in an environment that requires a holistic approach to uncover and resolve complex problems with limited information and time. This is exactly what I am looking for in my future area of employment, a culture I want to belong to and where my highest performance will be tested.
