Create a math model to make periodical purchase orders to our chinese suppliers, saving 6 hrs from CEOs time to 1 hr of an analyst and improving inventory rotation KPI from 5x to 7x.

3. Lead a team for the implementation of the inventory module of an ERP. 4. Create teams KPIS and automate analysis with dashboards that resulted in less guarantees by saving ~$10,000 USD per year and increased the sales conversion rate of two stores by 5%.

5. Manage frauds in our online store by reducing them from .8% to less than .1%. 6. Monthly cash flow and unit economics reports.

Financial Analyst EF&I (Financial advisory for governments) Jun 2016 – Nov 2017 Debt restructure of two mexicans states, Michoacan and Tamaulipas. 1. Through financial analysis and by negotiating new loan terms with banks, the team achieved:

a. To reduce Michoacan public debt in 1% for two consecutive years; b. To get immediate liquidity for both governments; c. Diminished the interest rate and saved $312 millions MXN for Michoacan and

$1,500 millions MXN for Tamaulipas.
