Responsible for the quality and delivery of the work allocated to the entire CAS Claims team
Analyse and raise clarifications on the test data request provided by the various teams
On daily basis, set up calls with on site POC for status and clarifications
Involved in File and Report validation testing in Mainframe Systems
Maintaining Defect tracker for the team and update the RCA by discussing with team members and if any clarification checking with Dev/Onsite POC to understand the defect and to avoid the same kind of defect in future
