I have been a programmer, project manager, and manager of technical professionals

since 1999. I have spent several years developing processes for building web applications, large scale e-commerce, and customer relations management software. I have led teams that have developed products and refined how we approached challenges as an organization.

I have used Agile Method with the Scrum, Kanban, as well as Lean methods to manage development teams. I am currently responsible for release cycles, and product life cycle. I am currently certified by the scrum alliance as a certified scrum master.

I am equally comfortable speaking in a very technical environment as I am speaking in a general business environment. My experience has brought me to a good balance of technical expertise, matched with project management & business development, and personnel guidance.
