● Manage 5 District Managers who supervise 6-7 restaurants each in the region. Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units,

● Ensures store budgets and other prescribed metrics are met and takes action to remedy unfavorable events and trends as they occur.

● Follows up on marketing programs and local marketing initiatives to ensure proper execution and achievement of sales goals.

● Responsible for ensuring all restaurants are exceeding company standards on customer service, food quality and overall operations.

● Meets regularly with district managers to review performance, share best practices and disseminate information.

● Works with the senior management team to identify and implement process improvements.

● Ensure the company is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and corporate requirements (i.e. health codes, Serve Safe and employment law).

● Responsible for monitoring management performance, conducting periodic performance reviews, discipline and terminations.

● Provides interview and staffing support to field operations.
