The Mechanical services includes 140 Number AHUs 15Numbers 315kw Secondary Chilled water pump,500 FCU & 20 Numbers Ventilation Fans including life safety system(Staircase pressurization, lift pressurization) 8 set of Fire Fighting system, water supply, hot water Circulation & Building Management system etc.( Chilled water system feeding from separate DCP)

ADNOC DCPC Project included that construction of 3 numbers 2000 tons 11kv Water Cool Centrifugal Chiller, 3 Numbers Cooling Tower, 4 numbers Secondary, and 3 Numbers Primary CHW pumps etc and it included Heat Ventilation System, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm System & life safety system(Staircase pressurization,Car Park Extract system, Building Management system, CO Monitoring system etc.
