I have 34 years of experience in construction and project management within transportation industry. I worked as a Project Engineer for ODOT District 12 from 1985 to 2015 while managing over 100 ODOT projects. As a Transportation Engineer 2, I was responsible for supervising and training personnel for assigned projects, attending pre-construction, partnering and holding progress meetings with project stakeholders, field inspection work with FHWA, railroads, ODOT Central Office and county/city officials, investigating and mitigating contract claims, conducting scheduled reviews and determining project acceleration, investigating complaints from the public and political subdivisions, negotiating extra work prices and processing change orders. I was selected by the Director of Transportation in 1996 for Chair Committee to reengineer the methods of accepting materials on ODOT projects. Our proposal were then implemented in 2001. I also have gained experience in Value Engineering (VE) and providing constructability reviews on several projects. I have also had roles in LPA contract administration at Cuyahoga county/city of Cleveland while at ODOT from 2003 - 2009.

Major Construction - Broadway Bridge: 1985, 5M
Project included construction of the Broadway Bridge over I-490.
Major Construction - I-490 Bridge: 1988, 9M
Project included construction of the I-490 Bridge from I-77 to I-90/ West 7th Ave in Cleveland
Major Reconstruction - Cedar Ave from E22 to University Circle / Murray Hills in Cleveland: 1986, 4M
This five mile project lasted two years, work included full-depth pavement repair with asphalt overlay.
Major Construction - Warrensville center Road: 1986, 4M
This project consisted of the widening and construction of Lee Road with rigid pavement from Rockside to I-480
Major Construction - Warrensville center Road: 1987, 2M
Project included reconstruction of the superstructure over SR-43
Major Construction - Lee Road: 1989, 5M
This project consisted of the widening and complete removal/replacement using rigid pavement from
I-271 to East 79th Street
