Design and Fabrication of Double Acting Power Hacksaw Machine Using Scotch Yoke Mechanism – This machine cuts two work pieces simultaneously under the principle of Scotch yoke mechanism that converts the applied rotary motion into reciprocating motion or vice-versa. The productivity rate can be increased with less working time.

Main Project:

Hybrid Multiple Machining –

The aim of the project is to fabricate hybrid multiple machines contain three operations (drilling, grinding and broaching) in a single machine. It reduces work time and save the cost.

Saravana Global Energy Pvt Ltd.. Chennai: - Implant Training for 1 week. EHV lab includes testing of both rubber and porcelain insulators for use in power grid.

Chennai Port Trust: - Implant Training for 1 week. It includes basic training centre, crane hoisting, floating craft station using tug.

NIWE, Chennai:

Worked as Project Engineer (Trainee) in National Institute of Wind Energy, (Ministry of New & Renewal Energy, Govt. of India), in Standards and Certification Department since September 2015 to May 2017.

Preparation and Issuing of RLMM List for Private Wind Turbine Manufacturers

To provide grid Synchronization for Wind Turbine Manufacturers.

To prepare Indian standards on wind turbines

To develop and implement certification systems in India

To accord approval/ type certification to wind turbines in accordance with Type approval-provisional scheme –TAPS 2000 (amended)

To review request form details and partially filled in application form by Private wind turbine manufactures.

Noble Tech Pvt Ltd Steel Company: Production of I-Beams and Channels by Continuous Casting Process.

National Thermal Power Corporation: Production of power using turbines and generator using oil as liquid feeds for producing the superheated steam driven by turbines and generator to produce electricity.

Neyveli Lignite Corporation: Production of power using turbines and generator using lignite coal or pulverised coal burnt in pulverised fuel burners for producing the superheated steam in boiler by furnace. This superheated steam drives the turbine. This drives the generator to produce electricity.
