Preparing requisitions for payments due

Uploading the requisition, invoice/s and delivery notes on Panda Doc’s

Signatories are uploaded on these panda doc documents for all signatories involved to approve and sign these for payment

Once all signatories have signed, the document will return to the Panda doc inbox which will then be processed and captured in Sage.

Once captured in sage, documents are imported into FNB for payment.

After each payment, POP’s are automatically sent to a proof of payment inbox.

All POP’s are sent to all parties involved to make sure that suppliers are aware of the payments in order to allocate them.

In 2006 I was nominated by my community and won the title of Ekurhuleni Celebrity of the year. This was due to the fact that through my singing and shows done in my community, I was able to raise funds for terminally ill children. This was an amazing achievement for me.

In the same year, I entered an international song writing competition which took place at Monte’ Casino. I sang and performed my song “Missing you” which won 5th place out of 2500 entries.

In 2010 I became the first South African woman to give birth to triplets as a surrogate mother for complete strangers. I went through the entire IVF process for the family and they were blessed with triplets on 24th October 2010. This was another blessing in my life that I will never forget. ABOUT ME:

I’m a self-starter who can work either in a team or on my own. I have 16+years- experience in finance. I have great supervisory and management skills. I am very driven and encourage my team to always give their best at all times. I make them realize that there is no substitute for hard work. Throughout the years I have worked with very diverse individuals, and believe that respect towards each other can provide the best environment for each individual in the work place. I am a true believer that knowledge should be shared and that one is never too old to learn.
