Remove / install Pilot, First Officer, Flight Engineer First and Second Observer seats from cockpit and to route to shop. Perform cleaning, inspection, overhaul i.e., component testing, troubleshooting, disassembly of primary parts. Refurbish or replace plastic part and cushion. Perform the final testing and inspections.

Perform overhaul modification and replacement of all structural parts in accordance with the approved Maintenance Manuals and Engineering Authorizations. Render non- destructive testing on passenger seats particularly by using dye-penetrant.

Remove, refurbish and install stowage bins. Clean / replace, latches, cables, snubber and plunger. Repair partition panels and stowage bins by overlaying with fiberglass.

Remove, refurbish and install lavatories. Remove, replace and repair,replacement of door hinges, spring and latches, door knobs, shroud and seat cover assembly, soap dispenser assembly and wall panels. Perform fiberglass repair on lavatory module.

Remove, refurbish and install galleys. Remove, replace and repair door latches and hinges, drawer rails.

Remove and install floorboards. Clean floor beams, stringers and longerons with approved chemicals. Repair and manufacturing of floorboards.

Remove and install upper / main deck sidewall and ceiling panels. Repair of sidewall and ceiling panels.

Remove and install seat covers, curtains.
