●To identify the material specification as per ASME section code and specification.

●To visit the site and inspect the joints, materials code (part number, tag number) and support is it as per specification or not.

Role:

●Perform operations within the frame of responsibilities and as directed.

●Carry out marking, pre-fabrication and assembly activities for carbon steel

●alloy and stainless piping assisted by other functions.

●Stop activities if required on grounds of safety if they were to continue could cause damage or injury.

●Operate the tools and equipment during constructions operation and ensure adequate attention to perform the task.

●Inspect drawing and report any mistake.

●Check that material complies with specifications and report any missing materials in order to complete the task.

●Prefabricate and assemble the piping reporting any anomalies or interference prepare equipment for hydraulic testing.

●Divide materials for use during pre-fabrication and use during assembly cut down and assemble piping during pre fabrication.

●Ensure that the equipment used for the job is safe for use in a good state of maintenance and provide with the required protections.

●Check the work carried out by other pipe operators upon the superior request ensuring total complains with quality and safety procedures.

●Provide Tool Box Talks (TBT) and JHA as required by the nature of the job.

●Ensure the preparation of the tools to perform the activity.
