Maintenance of plant C&I systems in Boiler and Auxiliaries

• Involve in review of P&ID, IO Allocation, Logics and Instrument installation drawings.

• Responsibility of Panel wiring, cable schedules, JB schedules.

• Knowledge of flame scanners, Seal air fan system, Scanner air fan, FSSS system.

• Responsible for safe operation of Ignition control system.

• Responsible for satisfactory operation and maintenance of Drum level TV, Electrode type level indicator, Furnace Television system and Furnace Thermo Probe (Make: Eastern Boiler Group).

• Direct involvement in satisfactory operation of APH fire detection, APH seal gap system, Tube Leakage Detection System, O2 Analyzer(Make:YOKOGAWA ZR22G) and Soot blower system.

• Involve in installation & commissioning of MOVs, Dampers (Make: Sipos Ecotron,Auma, Rotork England/IQ PRO/Jordan, TIL, TET, AI/MI Shanghai) and Control Valves (Make: ABB TZIDC, Siemens Sipart,Fisher DVC2000, Forbes Marshall, SMC,CCI,DT).

• Fully capableof troubleshooting of defects inPA Fan, ID Fan and FD Fan and their control system interlock & protection.

• Involve in maintenance of Mill and its Hydraulic System and Calibration of Coal Feeder(Make: Yamato CFC 201).

• Involve in Installation, commissioning & satisfactory operation of SWAS Instrumentation.

• Responsible for checking of interlock & protection of Boiler and Aux. through DCS and also responsible for making its protocol during annual Overhauling/Shutdown.

Work on Invensys Foxboro DCS(IACC 8.4.2) System

• Responsible for installation of network & Power cabinet & maintaining its availability.

• Involve in installation of work station & software IACC 8.4.4, FOXVIEW 10.2,FOX DRAW 10.2

• Responsible for installation of different add-on package like AIM Historian, SOE, Alarm configuration alert & Report.

• Responsible to generate Trend, SOE & Taking backup of IACC Database during in shift activities.

Maintenanceof plant C&I systems in BTG and Auxiliaries

• Worked as C&I Shift In charge – Manpower handling in shift and troubleshooting of C&I related problem without affecting the process.

• Breakdown maintenance of DCS, Field instruments and their power availability.

• Compliance of Preventive Schedule for C&I in BTG & Aux.

• Knowledge of Turbine lube oil system, ETS system.

• Knowledge of Auto control loops related to boiler & turbine.

• Attending troubles and preventive checks for Field instrument availability.

• Experience to work in SAP &Maintaining the spares availability for smooth operation of System.

(B) Haldia Energy Ltd(CESC), a 2*300MW Thermal Power Plant Make: SEC,China

(from 25feb 2015 to till date)

• Responsible for the day to day Maintenance of Boiler &Turbine Auxiliaries E&I Systems including the Yokogawa Centum CS300 DCS.

• Assists the department in the modification plan for reducing Plant Maintenance and to achieve the Targets set by the Management.

• Ensures liquidation of all defects and breakdown maintenance works registered by Operation.

• Contract Manpower Planning for effective utilization in all work areas.

• Working on SAP MM and PM module to create PR and Reservations and attending plant defects through PM module.

• Involve in PR raise of all the necessary vital instruments to minimize the failure time.

• Involve in Successful completion of Overhauling of Turbine & its Auxiliaries both the units.
