• Packaging study of components for space evaluation & feasibility study with door data.
• Creating the process plan, check sheets & method plan on various projects as requested.
• Reading of 2D drawing given by customer in DWG/PDF formats.
• Creating 3D model using Autodesk Inventor/ Solid Works with exact dim. Mention by customers.
• Doing Mold flow analysis to analyzing the Fill time, Weld line, War page, Shrinkage allowance etc parameters during molding process.
• Firstly creating 2D design/Conceptual Mold design on paper using some thumb rules & theoretical knowledge and then create 2D design of Mold concept in AutoCAD.

• Maintaining POKA-YOKE & 5S while ensuring proper design of any Products/ Mold design.
• Check the all parameter before delivering it to customer like parametric data, uniform part thickness, remove sharp edges or sudden changes of part thickness for avoid sink mark, snap guideline, maintain attachment thickness half of part thickness.
• Handling of complaints from customers (Related design) & thereby solving & finding out the root cause.
• Make PPAP & DFMEA documents for Customers approval.
• Working for improving FTR (First Time Right)& ETR (Every Things Right). Highlights:
