WORK PROFILE :

To conduct process audit, product audit and make action points for observation.

Process Adherence Monitoring and escalating the Process deviations against the failures and closing on time

Top issue against to creating the CFT team for yield improvement activities.

To Stabilizing the quality of new projects as per customer specifications and conducting Buy off for Line readiness during NPI and Copy lines

Evaluating the customer complaint action plans in the process and Effectiveness monitoring to avoid complaints in future.

Ensuring the product quality and giving clearance approval to Incoming & Molding parts.

Ensuring the FPI samples with respect to master sample & Coordinating with NPI trials from initial injection molding to final finished goods

Conducting the Quality training programs to Operator’s, Line engineers and supporting team about customer complaints.

To Conducting GRR & Skill matrix for Quality team.

Reliability (RFF, Load test, Adhesion test, Scratch test, damp heat test, UV test Vibration test, MF test, hardness test, solvent test) & Measurement (VMS, CMM dimension test, DFT, Color & Gloss) Test Lab Testing.

To make Program on VMS auto measurement inspection at PCB boards, Injection molding parts, Sponge & Rubber parts and IQC parts.

Internal calibration of inspection jigs and fixtures master sample validation, and complete external calibration for Measuring equipment’s, Gauges and controllers.

To conduct MSA and SPC based on customer and system requirements.

To update PFD, PFMEA and CP for internal/customer issues.

To make improvement activities on shop floor for quality improvements.

To preparing and verifying the SIP/SOP as per the defined process. Preparing FAI, CP, CPK reports, Quality Alerts and Lesson learn to the failures and training the line engineers towards yield improvements.

To update the BOM, ECN changes and then reduce the scrap rate and achieve the yield Products
