1. China API – Industry Mandate (Single API dispatch for China Immigration and separate API for China

Immigration and Customs). Project Description:

Currently API (Advanced Passenger Information) data is designed to segregate as per the destination of the passenger. With Emirates progressive multi leg flight, as per current design the API data used to get dispatched for all legs of the flights separately both to Customs and Immigration. As per China Immigration, since all passengers gets cleared at the first point of entry in China, the new design will send complete API data (Passenger and Crew) in single message both for Single and Multi sector flights.

Role & Responsibility:

• Creation of Technical design document.

• Coding and Unit testing.

• Preparation of Test cases/Scripts and Test reports

2. Project: TIBCO Business works and MQ upgrades for ALTEA FM (Emirates - Load Control Module) Project Description:

For Emirates, the load control functionality is handled in Altea FM which is having TIBCO as the middleware layer and is connected to 22 different interfacing application. TIBCO Business Works upgrade to 5.13 is the latest version as per industry standards which includes multiple bug fixes for TIBCO from a connectivity perspective and also an inbuilt mechanism for compression & decompression of messages.

Role & Responsibility:

• Gathered requirements and translated them to the interfacing teams using UML diagrams and functional design documents across all the 22 interfacing applications.

• Working with TIBCO - Middleware team to enroll the latest upgrades.

• Completed all aspects of an analyst functions: Design, create Unit Test cases, system testing, code walk-through and coordinated releases.

4. Emirates OLCI (Online Channels) & MACS Enhancements for APD (Advanced Passenger details) Masking and Unmasking.

Project Description: As a part of this enhancement a new version of the existing DCS service was developed where based on the channel request - APD (Advanced Passenger details) of the passenger will be in masked or unmasked state. Based on the channel identifier the passenger information/passport information data were sent back in the response should be masked or unmasked. To cater to the industry mandate, changes were done to mask/unmask the passport details in the Passenger details retrieval request from all Online/Mobile channels.

5. Adoption of JIRA, Service now and APPDYNAMICS for Project Management and Incident Management

Life cycle.

Project Description: With the adoption of Agile Methodology in Emirates for Project Management along with Service Now for Incident Management, changes were required in JIRA and Service Now tool to better suit the IT - Check-in and boarding team.

Role & Responsibility:

• Customise JIRA tool for IT - Check-in and Boarding Team for Sprints planning and Kanban items.

• Create JIRA dashboard and reports for backlog grooming, bug tracking and time sheet tracking.

• Customise Service Now dashboards with Real Time categorisation of Incidents for quick identification &
