Job description:

Preventive & day to day routine maintenance job which includes:

Installation & commissioning of flow element i.e. orifice plate, venturi meter.

Maintenance of area flowmeter (various rotameters).

Preventive maintenance of magnetic flowmeter (yokogawa).

Troubleshooting of d/p transmitters & smart type transmitter (rosemount, yokogawa)

Calibration of pressure gauge (Nagano, h.guru).

Calibration of various dp gauge (nagano keiki, switzer, beta)

Calibration of various pressure switch (indfos).

Day to day maintenance and calibration of temperature instruments like thermocouple, r.t.d, bimetallic thermometer &temperature gauge.

Plant instrumentation maintenance like different types of sensor and there converter for the purpose of automation.

Photo electric switch, photo electric sensor, sensor controller (make=omran).

Maintenance of control valve, on off valves, positioner, I/p (Samson, fisher, valtek, honeywell).

Ph meter (rosemount, yokogawa).

Preventive & maintenance of level instruments like conductive type (levcon, rosemount) & different types of level switch (float type).

Reorder (yokogawa).

Digital weight indicator (Philips, sartorious, libra).

I/p converter (bells, abb, Taylor).

Individually can look after all instrumentation related mechanical activity like j.b.installation, cable work, ss tubing, cu tubing, impluse piping.

Handle proximity switch, relay, auto drain valve, pressure regulating valve.

Maintenance of air compressor (atlas copco, chicago pneumatic, elgi)

Maintenance of PLC and loop testing (Allen badlly, ge fanuc,siemens)

Knowledge of DCS (honywell).

Maintenance of Roto Packer make-Enexco 8 Spout

Maintenance and trouble shooting of weigh feeders, solid flow meter and belt weighed make FLS and Trans Weigh controller

Maintenance of VFD’s make ABB and Siemens.

Maintenance and fault tracing of gas analyzers make ABB.

Preventive maintenance of ZSS, BSS, BDS & Pull cord

Troubleshooting of temp scanner, make- Kana Electronics & Pyro tech.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Dampers, make-Auma matic.

Qualifications / Education:

Matriculation from ICSE board with 61.6% on 1999

ITI in Instrument Mechanic (C.P.) under D.G.E.T. Council with 72.6% on 2004.

Diploma in Instrumentation Technology from Dumkal Polytechnic (West Bengal State Council of Technical Education) 2010 with Outstanding scores (83.9%).

1 year Diploma in Information Technology.
