ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Role:

●Executing predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules (daily & turnaround) for various equipment and conducting regular inspection, repair & replacement of spare parts to control operations.

●Reviewing schematic / engineering drawings, layouts & technical specifications for installation, erection, troubleshooting & commissioning.

●Directing project activities for strategic utilization of available resources as per schedules; executing cost saving techniques to achieve reduction in terms of man days, raw materials & energy consumption.

●Developing the engineering solutions to avoid repetitive failures & all other problems that adversely affect plant operations including capacity, quality, cost & regulatory compliance issues

●Maintenance and Condition Monitoring of C&I instruments – Smart positioners, Motorized valves, Pressure transmitter & Level transmitters,Control valves,SWAS systems,Vibration monitoring systems and other instruments.

●Creating PM orders and notifications and other activities in SAP HANA.

●Timely execution of jobs requested by other maintenance departments to facilitate their activities.

●Developing documents related to safety such as SOPs,SMPs,Positive Isolation,ESI and ISO Documentation.

●Leading:

oSite activities of project commissioning; conducting status with Manager as per pre-commissioning schedule

oField Instruments, Impulse Tubing, Fiber Optic / Signal / Control Cable Laying, Instrument Connections, LCS, JB Panel, C&I Panels and I/O checking.

●Managing various instrumentation systems (DCS, PLC, plant controls and field instrumentation)

●Material Procurement and tracking of materials.

●Active involvement in TQM activities including Jishu Hozen and 5S implementation.
