I've had a few jobs mostly operating equipment. I'm a quick learner and have just had a thing for operating heavy equipment. I'm good with other employees and have good communication skills. I'm always ready to learn and listen well. I'm just the type of person that like to show my employer what I can do because I give 110% at everything I do.
I have some rod welding skills,and a little tig
welding experience. I've operated skidders in the
woods logging for a year. I've operated
chainsaws,weed eaters, and zero turn lawn
mowers. I've also operated bobcats,
forklifts,overhead cranes,scissor lifts,and clamp
trucks. I'm certified in all those eqipments.
My job was to operate a pallet jack for picking up orders. I was given a headset and the headset tell me how many cases or sodas to stack on my jack. I sometimes got to operate the forklift to get cases down for other employees. After I'm done with my pallets my job was to print out my work order and wrap it to my pallet
,and take it to the proper truck that's it's getting loaded on. I also worked in pack out and my job was to jus separate the good sodas from the bad ones that come back off the semi. My job was to operate the bobcat to put the bad paper on the conveyer belts to be shredded for reuse in the feeder pit. I also operated clamp trucks to grab rolls of paper to split on the table to be fed in the feeder pit. I used forklifts to move cord buggies to be reloaded for the next shift and to also transport foam buggies upstairs on the elevators. I operated scissor lifts for handling paper that was to high for us to reach. I used over head cranes to transport rolls of paper from one end of the paper machines to the other and down stairs. Im certified in all these different equipments. I used small lifts to load crates on pallets in semi trailers. My job was to load them and keep account of what went on each truck and what kind of crates. I used small lifts and big lifts to transport crates from one part of the plant to shipping since I worked in shipping. I also ran shipping by myself for a year on second shift and my job was to move all the crates that were produced in the front of the plant where they were made. My job was to also make sure the trucks were loaded properly and to stack the crates in shipping where they belong with each other crate.
