− Developed an innovative approach to helping farmers get better and guaranteed prices, good quality seeds, and training support to meet niche market product specifications.

− Secured a supply contract for white sorghum with East African Breweries of 100 metric tons

− Developed farmer’s contracts, contracted over 3000 small scale farmers, and trained farmers from planting to post-harvest handling.

− Developed an understating with producers and provided them with input credit Market Monitor Supervisor, Eastern Africa Grain Council (2011-2012)

− Promoted market linkages by linking buyers to sellers, helping farmers aggregate their produce through the warehouse receipt system, and through organizing conferences and agribusiness expos.

− Contributed to the creation of an enabling grain trade environment through research and policy advocacy

− Surpervised the daily collection and processing of market intelligence from Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania

− Increased transparency in the grain market through writing and sharing weekly market intelligence and analysis reports

− Successfully grew EAGC membership in Uganda to include more than 60% of the major grain traders in Uganda Database and Market Information Manager, AgriNet Uganda Limited -Rural Knowledge Network Project (2009-2009)

− Successfully increased the accuracy and timeliness of market information by contributing to the development of a GPS phone application that automatically uploads market prices to the database

− Increased employee efficiency through trainings and support on how to use the market information management database in Kenya and Tanzania

− Planned and executed grain trade transactions through connecting buyers to sellers while ensuring transaction security

− Supervised daily market information collection and dissemination from all major grain markets in Uganda
