• StrActive – Oracle (Punjab National Bank) Oct 2020 -- Till Date It is a Peoplesoft Global Payroll upgrade and 3 banks payroll merging project for more than 1.1 lakhs employees. (People Tool 8.58)
My role in this project is to configure earning and deduction based on the new requirements, new Government rules, merging elements of multiple bank’s earning and deduction elements, automate the manual entry of earning and deduction, Payroll performance tuning.

• Accenture Solutions Private Ltd Sep 2014 -- May 2020 Peoplesoft Global payroll Techno Functional Lead India -- Mumbai Peoplesoft Technical Lead Australia -- Canberra
o It was a PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Australian Global Payroll & Absence Management and HCM Implementation plus Support project called - AMSPA HR Sustainment.
During Support Phase worked as a PeopleSoft Techno Functional project lead in Core HCM & Global Payroll (rules writing) and Absence Management modules which has reduced the dependability of two resource Technical and Functional.
o Lead and delivered multiple enhancement projects like (PSS & Suakin) successfully. o Updated multiple Functional and Technical design documents based on the enhancements and bug fixing tasks. o Provided PS Technical and Functional training to each and every new joined resources.
During implementation phase worked as Technical team Lead for very complex and vast PPP custom Module which was consists of 35 different complex Application engines. Location Australia – Canberra Client place. o Provided after implementation support and delivered 2 releases successfully. o Done and delivered performance tuning of 35 application engines of PPP custom Module. o Configured various Elements like Absence entitlement, Absence Take, Earning, Deduction, Supporting elements. to meet the client’s requirements in Global Payroll and Absence Management. o Created Automated Microsoft Excel Macro to monitor more than 35 Application Engines performance which has reduce the lot of manual work.
o Created reusable SQLs for creating Calendar and Calendar groups for Development instance.
Loaned to other Peoplesoft project for shorter period. it was a salesforce and Oracle Peoplesoft pensions module interface Implementation project at Accenture office India. o Worked as Team Lead and provided guidance to team member Related to integration between Salesforce and PeopleSoft, using PeopleSoft REST based integration broker delivered functionality. MERCK Project from Sep 2014 - Dec 2014 worked as a Project Test Manager (PTM) o This was PeopleSoft Time and Labor and NA payroll integration inbound & outbound Configuration Change Testing Project at Accenture office.
o Worked on Application lifecycle management (ALM) Testing Application. o Went through different Testing Project phases like Project Initiation, Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, Test Closure and completed successfully small testing assignment as a project test manager.

o Implemented new Leaves policies in PeopleSoft 9.1 HRMS Absence management. Worked on multiple Absence Entitlements, Take Types, Absence Takes, supporting elements, Forecasting, AWE workflow. o Implemented Peoplesoft 9.1 Time and Labor module for Client as per requirement independently. o Provided Support to Global Payroll and Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
