Developed 3D models using SolidWorks & ANSYS Static Structural for improving design to suite customer requirements.

Conducted static stress/strain, pressure, fatigue, modal analysis using finite element analysis (FEA) software (ANSYS) on structural components of pressure vessel as per ASME Sec VIII, Division 2.

Optimization of feed water by using condensate return July’2013-Apr’2014

Building system for heat recovery of condensate heat by mixing it with feed water in optimum proportion. By maintaining optimum condensate mix & level of feed water tank, we achieved the savings in the cost of fuel & water.
