Menu Revision (Specified and Non- specified Tickets)- Partner wants to update the menu after Resto live- it will be done within TAT and it will be executed in cms. As per partner request menu will be updated with bulk or partial items are uploaded. On Hold Analysis for the older ticket(Resto kept onhold for Bill Copies,Fssai n Gst) will be analyst in freshdesk tool and will be executed.

Merak Tool - Using this tool we used to digitized the menu and uploaded in the cms. Web Qc - We will be doing the qc check for the restaurant is already live like item images,veg and non veg status and categorizations.

Dynamic Menu - I will be working for dynamic menu as well it means - menu will changing in weekly basics it will updated as per the partner request. OCR-I will be working on new tool launch by swiggy for digitizing the menu through this tool. Skills
