ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS Team Leader

• Update trackers, Create/Update tickets, update required applications & tools and keep PM informed of new issues.

• Respond through email and chat.

Virtualization and managing virtual machines

Have knowledge about Basic information about linux OS. (File system, File configuration, Linux structure, directories,etc)

Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently.

Working exposure to networked storage (NAS) concepts.

Experience in maintaining IBM, HP, DELL server's clusters understandings of UNIX file systems, boot processes.

Understanding of Taking the backup. Automation of jobs using AT & CRON scheduler.

Provide End user support to ACER customers through phone and email.

Troubleshooting of laptop, desktop, notepads and tablets.

Explaining the pricing concepts for Acer customers about the products in NA and EMEA.

Closing the issues within the SLA ensuring the call quality and communication above the threshold.

Fixing outlook issues, basic network issues and installation or deletion of the software.

Follow ups with the onshore L2 team on the escalated issues ensuring they are closed within SLA.
