KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring the production targets are achieved as per monthly Quantity desired as per quality standards and product specifications.

Ensuring the regular periodical checks by inspection at various stages of Incoming, In process and Final.

The production facility is maintained clean and all instruments are verified as per written procedure.

Data collection for daily quality report, generation of RCA for quality deviations and product loss.

Ensuring statutory compliance is done in all respects all the time, all specifications for various quality accreditations including post audit points are adhered to.

To see that CMU immediately gives a reasonable / acceptable time line to each Audit objection raised & to ensure that these objections are closed accordingly. Also need to share such action taken report as per schedule.

Monitoring the availability of quality OK RMs & PMs to meet production plan to next five days.

To support the CMU in reducing wastages and rework through Kaizen.

Owner of all responsibilities in the assigned shift.

Online verification and maintaining the quality parameters of the product like Bulk density, Dextrose equivalent, dissolve solids, Moisture content, calcium content etc. and other parameters too.

Monitoring of hourly production.

Daily production reports preparation & analyzing down time analysis.

Continuously working towards quality & productivity improvement activities.

Reduced the manpower in the shifts.
