Customer service representative

Senior Customer Service Representative with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for 30 plus years. I retired November of 2019. I have worked in several sectors of the company but all were customers service related. My last position was in our Commercial account section. My primary duties were setting up and servicing water and electricity accounts for local businesses. The servicing included accessing security and risk deposits, determining the types of services and meters needed. All billing and adjustments. Connecting with field services for expedited installation, scheduling calls with field investigators regarding any problems or concerns with installations.
