Study of the related documents such as Civil drawings, Co-ordination drawing. Currently finishing the residential building and hand over to customer.

Having full knowledge of work like block work, plastering,Tiling Door Fixing Fall ceiling Grid ceiling form work reinforcement etc. Having capability to handle the project individually and hand over to the client or customer.

Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet and agreed programmed of deadlines.

Preparation the check list building permits and environments regulation and safety on all work assignments.

Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly work progress report with as per planned schedule.

Planning and Execution of works as per Design and drawing.

Co-coordinating with Clients, consultant, vendors and Sub contractors.

Supervising and monitoring the site activates force through fore man, monitoring the work of any sub contractor to complete as per customer satisfaction and Quality Norms.

Keep a track of material standards enabling aligning of the material used and building standard- inspect the project site to monitor the site progress.

Ensuring the design specification and sanitation standard are maintained.

Overall the quality control and safety matters of the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.

Preparation of Quantification work for the whole project.

Ensuring that the project runs smoothly and the structure and finishing of building get completed on the time and within budget.
