Duties & Responsibility

Report to the Assistant Restaurant Manager With well grooming and 5 minutes before our reporting time.

Responsible for the correct miseen pla for the smooth operation in dining room .

Gritting the passenger with smile and warmly (GOOD MORNING/GOOD EVENING),pull the chair,unfold the napkin on guest lap, taking order, repeat the order, send the order,severed the food sequence wise from right side, clear the empty plates from right side .say bye to the passenger ( GOOD NIGHT) .

Responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue levels set by the Hotel through suggesting various courses and wines to the guest and applying up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.

Participates in the rotational schedule working in the dining room and in other food and beverage outlets throughout the Entire Hotel.

Ensure that the assigned work station is clean and sanitized according to the hotel standard.

Actively participate in dining room entertainment according to established practices of the Hotel.

QUALIFICATION

I have done Bachelor in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Chennai in the year of 2018

I have done one year diploma from IL&FS, in hospitality management.

Passed Higher secondary Education (12th) in the year of 2013 from West Bengal board India

Passed Matriculation Examination(10th) in the year of 2011 from West Bengal board India
