• The public work department conducts construction, improvement and strengthening of roads and certain government buildings along with the maintenance of national highways passing through Uttar Pradesh.

• Key Role:Worked on road construction project of state highway as assistant of assistant executive engineer.

It consists of determination of properties of mix,Marshall stability,flow analysis and optimum bitumen content.The concept of phase diagram is used for calculations.The following results are obtained from the experiment- Bulk specific gravity of aggregate,Maximum specific gravity of aggregate mix,Percentage of voids in compacted mineral aggregate,Determination of optimum binder content.
