# . JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES DURING PROJECTS & COMMISSIONING : -

Site visit & prepare the complete Report, same handover to Deign section for plant layout.

According to plant Layout, start planning for site mobilisation of manpower & equipment’s.

Planning with Customer & PMC for area chalk out for making Store, scrap dumping yard & Office with natural facilities.

Before starting site activities, nearest suitable area arrange Guest House, Vehicle for staffs with minimum facilities.

With site activities according to planned, job executed with site engineers & discuss every day for bottle necks.

Weekly discussion about progress of execution & next action of plan.

Review meeting attain with Customer & if any deviation or hurdles of execution arise,discuss & way found out, same to be noted & make a MOM for further documents.

All supports given to Sub contractor for achieving the Goal & with proper Documentation.

Detail Project executed part by part & complete as per priority basis & same handover to customer.

All areas Job(Civil,Mech. Electrical & Instrumentation) executed with as per drawing in presence of Customer representative & immediately make approved Protocol & sign taken from customer.

All Signed Protocols kept in proper documentation & handover after final completion the Project.

Monthly Billing also involve as per approved BBU, and after billing follow up with customer for any supporting documentation.

Coordinate with HO Design team for any problem arising at site execution & solution find out for immediate progress.

Maintain site issues tracking sheet with all the stream for further improvement of design.

For any changes done at suit & site requirements immediate inform to customer & after approval execute the same 7 same to be mark up at Drawing & send to HO for incorporate to AS BUILT DRAWING.

Man Management

#. From 19Th September 2012 To till date with M/S. AQUATECH SYSTEM ASIA PVT. LTD. and deputed at Reliance J-3 Project at Jamnagar, as a Manager - Project & Commissioning.

# . From July 15th July 2008 to 18th September 2012 with HINDUSTAN DORR-OLIVER LTD, As a

Manager (Site In-Charge) in Project & Commissioning.

1.Successfully completed the Project for Bharat Oman Refinery Limited, Bina (M.P.), A 80 Crores project For ETP plant.

2.Crude Oil Terminal, Mundra for HPCL- Mittal Pipelines Ltd, (ETP Project) as a Site In-Charge

3.Uranium Corporation Of India Ltd (Uranium Ore Process Plant) Project at KADAPA - A.P.

(A 441 Crore Project) As a Electrical HOD.

4.Last Deputed at PARADEEP IOCL Refinery for DM-CPU Project, a 180 Crore Project.

#. Feb. 2004 to 12th July 2008 with M/s. Reliance Industries Limited (Petroleum Division) As a Maintenance In Charge (Cadre Manager) – (HALDIA PETROLEUM TERMINAL).

Notable Achievements:

Project Execution of 100,000 KL. of Cap. Petroleum Terminal in the field of Electrical & Instrumentation- Erection & commissioning.

Pre Commissioning activities, like Pipe line Cleaning through Card Board Blasting, P & ID detection & Products (OIL) Inlet in the Tanks & Unload with the same Procedure & Gantry Loading/unloading Commissioning.

Commissioning the Terminal Electrical system including 11 KV VCB, 750 KVA Transformer & 11KV/440V Substation.

Augmentation construction knowledge in the field of Tank Commissioning, Gantry and Related Electrical and Instrumentation jobs.

Maintenance and Operation of U/G Pipe Line Cathodic Protection system including CPTRU.

Taking leading role in the field of Total Electrical commissioning the terminal of capacity 60,000KL.
