Asahi India Glass Ltd is a joint venture of Asahi Glass Corporation, Japan (World Largest Glass Manufacturer). Quality Assurance Activities:-

• Responsible for to get ensure the trial product whether its fits for mass production.

• To carry out the necessary test to check the durability and withstanding capacity of the product.

• Devices and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating/verifying the quality characteristics of the products.

• Responsible to conduct the daily test (Edge compression, Inner Tension, UV Radiation test, Light transmission test etc)

• Review the line rejection on line and initiate corrective action for them.

• Raise the internal QACR, if problem is related to the suppliers.

• Preparing Final Inspection report.
