• Erection commissioning, operation & maintenance of Bucket Elevators, belts conveyors, Paddle feeder, VRM Coal mill, bag Filter, Apron conveyor, Apron feeder, wagon tippler, Coal Silo of CHP, fire fighting equipments, Air Duct of boiler Scope.

Present Job:-

• Working in Sasan Ultra Mega Thermal Power Plant (6X660 MW) Thermal power Plant having PF Boiler of 2134 TPH each.

• Maintaining operation & maintenance parameters of mechanical equipments

& plants.

• Generating the Data required for making the daily report of CHP maintenance.

• Coordination with Mechanical & Electrical department at the time of maintenance and modification work.

• Work in the shutdown and breakdown as per the requirement by mechanical department and plant.

• Planning of preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical maintenance section including.

• Labor management and supervisory functions, including process.

• Trouble shooting breakdowns and taking corrective and preventive measures regarding machine maintenance.

• Team member of total productive maintenance (TPM).

• Member of thermal power plant expansion project team.

• Preparation of shutdown/Breakdown job list.

• Handling all the emergency problem.

Academic Profile:-

• Diploma in mechanical engineering.

• Part time Degree Course (A.M.I.E. Completed A) in Mechanical Engineering Running (Section B).

Training:

• 7 days on line training by contech India ltd. On the use of DCS & Control design (at site J.P. Nagar Rewa)

• 7 days training organized by company for the Boiler & Turbine Maintenance

• 7 days training organized by BHEL Bhopal for the operation and maintenance of industrial Boilers.

• 7 days training (TPM) organized by Company at JP Nagar Rewa
