TVS

• Quality inspection of Turbo chargers using micrometer, vernier caliper, plug gauge and height gauges.

• Documentation of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Control chart.

• Handling Coordinate Measurement System (CMM) and to check geometrical tolerances of turbochargers.

Pricol

• Quality inspection of Clusters which includes Speedometers using profile projector, Video Measuring System (VMS), height gauge, micrometer and vernier.

• Gauge calibration and to upload sample inspection report using SAP software.

• Working on Corrosion testing, plating thickness, load test of clusters.

Project Title: Effect of variation in Al/Ni content on the mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Ni alloy Project Description:

• We did our project on stir casting for casting our component.

• Ternary Al-Zn-Cu alloy suffer from dimensional instability problem, we added Ni instead of Cu to withstand dimensional instability problem in which hardness is increases directly proportional to tensile strength.
