Scope:
• In order to improve the workers efficiency and commitment to the construction organization a model is designed to analyze the workers skill and performance based on the influential factors. 2. “Sugarcane Bagasse Ash Concrete”
Overview:
Effective experiment on implementing a replacement to cement using Sugarcane Bagasse ash by recycling waste.
Software:
CADD, MS Excel.
Scope:
• Sugarcane bagasse is used as replacement for cement in current construction firm which is highly eco-friendly.

• Worked in “Aravind Associates” a private construction firm for a period of one year from May 2017 to August 2018 and gained real time experience in Building construction. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
