1. RR BUMPER:

New Product Development for RR BUMPER.

Styling sections proposed based on design standard for style surface making.

Performing radius check in class ‘A’-Surface through curvature Analysis tool in CATIA V6.

Feature location is defined as per feasibility & surrounding data (Sections/Rough 3D).

2D section proposed as per engineering feasibility.

3D Creation as per feasible master sections created by us. 2. EXTERIOR PARTS:

New Product Development for Exterior parts like Sill Cladding, RR Skid plate and Wheel Arch.

Styling sections proposed based on design standard for style surface making.

Feature location is defined as per feasibility & surrounding data (Sections/Rough 3D) and according to the bench marking from previous projects.

Supplier discussion/Negotiation for schedule/Tooling/3D data.

2D section proposed as per engineering feasibility. 3. SIDE TRIM:

puts as class A-surface.

Performing Draft analysis for checking tooling direction.

Generate B side surface with A-surface.

Clear patches and tangency errors that are on B-Surface and develop closed body.

Replacing the Class, A surface whenever the surface is updated.

Generating proposals for attachments & review for manufacturing feasibility.

Designing the engineering features according to our proposals and customer requirements.

Perform clash analysis with the environment data.

Delivering the component to the Customer.

Parallel designing of Shroud, some 2D to 3D parts like Universal Joints, Steering Column. 4. INTERIOR DOOR HANDLE:

Draft Analysis, Regulation Check and assembly process are analyzed based on customer inputs.

Feedback and Proposal are shared to the customer based initial release style surface for proper tuning.

Hinge Axis is defined based on the style and the customer stroke value for the proper movement of the lever and the knob.

CAD data is prepared based on the benchmark.

Drawings are made and shared to the customer.

Both front and Rear Part are made as common to reduce the mold count. SOFTWARE PROFECIENCY:
