Done draft analysis of given a style surface and feasibility check with environment data.

Check gap and flushness as per requirement.

Making the B and C surface from style A-surface

Making basic close volume of part.

Adding features by considering tooling feasibility

DMU analysis.

Module creation and BOM updating.

Adapt and interact productively with people from different background.

Design changes as requested by supplier and agreed by client.

Dump to parametric data.

Creation of power copy.

PROJECT PART: MAP POCKET, GLOVE BOX, SIDE SEAT COVER, SCANIA

Adding features such as snap, clip tower, dog house and locator.

Providing solution for undercut and plastic defect such as sink mark.

Extracting parting lines for part boundary, lifter and slider.

Creation of side flange interfaces and cut-out by considering corresponding feature location, size and extracting parting line of part for B- side features also.

Avoiding plastic defects like sink marks, warp age, short shot, consideration of material flow.

RE-MASTERING

The remastering of various BIW components, plastic components, and development of a fully parametric model to facilitate design changes. It includes the conversion of non-parametric to parametric models. Remastered a fully parametric model from input in the form of STEP files from the client.
