Lab Testing & Calibration & Inspection:

■ Testing the new product development Components & supplier components as per standards.

■ Calibrates the Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Equipment’s as per NABL standards.

■ Actively manage day to day operations with a sense of urgency and update information’s into the SAP.

■ Develop the procedures for calibration and testing activities in reference with international standards and NABL documents.

■ Prepare a Calibration certificates for Customers & vendors

■ A set up standard and special purpose Laboratory equipment’s to test, evaluate and calibrate other Instruments.

■ Regularly interacting with Quality team to provide necessary support on Calibration

& solving Errors.

■ Inspecting the components as per drawing with use of Profile projector and VMS, Vernier caliper and Micrometer.

■ Preparation of internal audit plans & inter laboratory testing plans and perform it’s with proper documentations.

■ Collecting Quotations from Suppliers & NABL Labs for Calibrate standard masters.

■ Generate Purchase requisitions (review / approve invoices and resolve billing discrepancies).

■ Create material masters in SAP for STO and RDC movements.

■ Developing and establishing systems and processes for defect free manufacturing and supply to customer.

Product Quality & Process Quality:

■ Monitored the manufacturing product and ensured that it corresponds with the engineering documents and other parameters.

■ Closely monitoring and examining the each stage of the entire production process.

■ Segregating non-conforming parts in accordance with written quality procedures.

■ Approves finished products by conducting visual & measurement tests.

■ Monitoring all inspection & testing equipment’s to be valid calibration.

■ Maintains record of inspection and prepare list of defects, and follows up to ensure that corrective action has taken place.
