Directed a team of 8 optical architects / engineers. Defined the architecture roadmap for core backbone optical transport. Designed optical solutions to scale backbone and for new customer private networks. Evaluated emerging technologies such as OTN, CDC-F, and 5G xHaul optical networking. Developed financial models and business cases to assess the feasibility of introducing new technologies and justifying optical build-outs.

Designed optical solutions that scaled backbone and new customer private networks which led to a 20% reduction in network costs.

Delivered 95% accuracy in developing and managing annual optical budget (CAPEX, OPEX) for backbone transport network implementation.
