JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

Inspecting and surveillance of site welding activities like pre welding, in-process and post welding visual inspection by rising RFI according to SATIP and SAIC.

Offering and witnessing the third party NDE examination like RT, MT and PT of a specific weld joint as per project requirements and PWHT activities.

Review/Monitoring with approved drawings, line checking the finished packages and supporting the package review team .

Witnessing the WQT and preparing the WPS & PQR as per the project requirements.

Inspecting the cut and modification joints as per the modification RFI.

Inspection of consumables storage, issuance and handling activities.

Inspection of all materials standards and grade as per MTC and using ASTM, API codes & standards.
