Job Profile :

1. Conducting Preliminary survey for the land proposed to acquire and preparing the sketch for the same.

2. Organizing the survey with Mandal surveyor for the land proposed to purchase before going for registration and reconcile the same with our preliminary survey for ensuring accuracy of land on ground.

3. Providing the accurate sketch to land acquisition team for land going to purchase for registration purpose.

4. Stone fixing / marking of purchased land, preparing of sketches for subdivision and taking forward with revenue authorities for obtaining final FMBs. 5. Plotting the village map in CAD drawing survey number wise with coordinates. 6. Field survey along with Wind Resource Dept for identifying new wind sites. 7. Identification of land as per classification into Pvt, Revenue & Forest. 8. Field survey of land and handling the process of transferring the land into the name of company.

9. Preparation of drawings using Auto-CAD or Bhumiti (spatial cadastre). 10. Field survey for finalizing the approach roads for connectivity of all our Wind Turbine Generators installed in the same vicinity. 11. Coordinating with other functioning departments in the project team to accept the locations.

12. Facilitating the management in resolving the land related right of way (ROW) issues.

13. Preparing of as built drawings for 33Kv line, WTG’s, micro-siting drawing and 220Kv line of the project in Auto-CAD.

14. Attending liaison works with Revenue authorities, sub-registrar office, local body authorities and public in project juridiction as directed by reporting officer time to time.
