The framework will be HA/DR compliant and configurable for Jeppesen AVP/Tired pricing as well as integrated with Jeppesen EPR system (Oracle) for pricing and billing. The framework will allow for the migration and integration of existing ground solution capabilities for configurable access and data sharing. Additionally, the framework will be such that other non-Jeppesen solutions such as flight operations can integrate and share data. UI and workflow will be consistent with existing Jeppesen best practices and UXD principles.

Responsibilities:

Created a Web framework that supports the incremental migration of new and legacy Ground Solutions applications onto a modern/integrated infrastructure.

Initial scope is Ground Solutions but the solution supported other portfolios (e.g. M&E, FO).

Deployed in a production Azure environment.

Leverage done with “MyBoeingFleet” redesign and JIO for UXD.

Design approach (e.g. lightweight framework) that were practiced:

1.Widget Framework

2.DA Look and Feel Standards

Integrated with Azure and CAS Identity and Access Management Solutions

1.Delegated administration

2.Federation/SSO

3.MFA and DFARs compliance (future)

The project was developed to align with DA Reference Architecture

1.Azure Managed Services and Developed Services

2.Microservices and containers.

Coordinated with other DA projects that have similar requirements (e.g. JIO, FFSP)

Used widely adopted technologies and design patterns that promote sourcing
